Thanks for purchasing our products or subscribing to our services at T & J Digital Marketing.

Digital Products

We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back no questions asked. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 30 calendar days of your purchase.

After the 30-day period you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product (or service) in the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs.

If you purchased an affiliate product, you must contact the seller directly with either JV Zoo or WarriorPlus to do the refund. The sellers have their own refund policy and T & J Digital Marketing does not handle any finances on affiliate products, nor do we handle any support on affiliate products.

If you are unable to contact the seller of an affiliate product for a refund or they will not respond, you can go to the payment company (such as: PayPal, Stripe) or your bank that you used to purchase the product and file a dispute.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at anytime. Subscriptions are processed and maintained by PayPal and customer can cancel at anytime in their own account.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
